Actually, I couldn't distinguish the word girlfriend/girlfriend/lover.. In my culture, there is no way to girlfriend/girl friend.. According to my culture, there are only two possibilities in the relationship between an elder boy and a younger girl in Teens.. They are, brother-sister or lovers.. girl friend means a female person with which one (generally male) share pblms, feeling, etc. GIRLFRIEND is a female which involves romanticaly nd sexually. And lover r the persons which involve romantically only. Btw, guys u should undrstand his Question.  (12 years ago)
