The personality of a woman is not changed after getting married but after pregnancy and delivery of baby.. Thats due to the reason that during the pregnancy period, more water is needed for the baby in the uterus.. Hence, woman's glands generate more water for it.. It is used for saving the baby in such a way that surrounding the baby from external vibrations.. Unfortunately, for many women, the glands fail to stop the generation of water based particles even after the baby delivery.. Hence the most of the women looks like too fat after they become as mother.. Thatsy they look too fat with flushy body.. Other reasons may be due to genetic and what kind of food they take after their marriage.. Do you know one fact..? Sometimes ordinary drinking water causes the excessive weight of humen.. In many countries, the girl after their marriage goes to their husband's home.. The available water in her husband's home may cause her excessive weight.. Physical Excerise means is not only making fit your body by going to gym.. We can use our legs instead of bikes for a walkable distances like going to nearby shops.. By avoiding taking snacks (i.e., oily dishes) time to time we can maintain our body with fitness.. Where there is a will, there is a way for everything.. So............. (13 years ago)

Where there is a will, there is a way.. So, if you really want to keep your body with fitness, you shall do exercise... By Using stair case steps instead of lifts, we can do our work which includes exercise too... (13 years ago)
