Its depend on the level of sad.. Sometimes, I won't take my food properly.. I won't speak with my colleagues.. Sometimes I'll go to beach and sit for a long time.. Sometimes I've cried in my room when I felt too sad.. However, I'll become to normal mood than others.. (13 years ago)

if u r sad due to serious pblm, try to fix that pblm as soon as possible. And if u r sad due to temporary pblm just take sleep for some time/ go to at place a fresh n cool wind blows it will give u a happy feeling. Or try to think other thing that is interesting.. (13 years ago)
